Membership of the Association is open to Human Resources Management Practitioners as well as public and private institutions having a Human Resource function. It includes;

Honorary Fellows and Honorary Members; who are entitled to use the designatory letters Hon.FHRMAU and MHRMAU after their names and to a certificate of Honorary fellowship or Honorary membership of the association.

Fellows; entitled to a fellowship certificate, to use the letters FHRMAU after their names and to exercise full voting rights in the affairs of the association.

Members; who are to be full-time practitioners of Human Resource Management

Associates; individuals who are not Human Resource practitioners but are connected to the Human Resource practice.

Student Members; who have satisfied the governing Council that they intend to pursue a Career in HR and are undertaking a part-time or full-time course in Human Resources management or related subject.

Retired Membership; who have retired from active business life and whose applications are acceptable to the Governing Council

Corporate Members; They include Public and Private Institutions having a HR function in their management. Such membership shall be granted by the Governing Council, after application is made.
